THIRD PRIZE (to a Canadian faculty or staff member)
(one) CA$100 gift certificate from Fisher Scientific
(three) CA$100 gift card form IDT (Integrated DNA Technologies)
Assorted notebooks and T-shirts form IDT
What do you have to do to enter the fundraiser? Simple. Guess how many kilometers we will travel while making our way form the launch site (Goodwood, England) to the finish line (Ulan Batar, Mongolia)! Keep in mind our car may not make it (wherever we stop will determine the kilometers elapsed) and that we will for sure get lost. To enter your guess, we ask that you donate US$20 through our fundraiser portal on our website (http://www.mongolrally10.theadventurists.com/strangely-green) and be sure to include your name, email address and, of course, your best guess as to the number of kilometers travelled. You can enter as many times as you wish at US$20 per guess.
The fundraiser is open to everyone, so please spread the word.
As an added incentive for students only, you can enter at US$10 per guess!
If you don't have a credit card and would like to participate in our fundraiser, send a message to either Tom (thomas.bureau@mcgill.ca) or Joe (joseph.dent@mcgill.ca) for details.
The contest will end on August 15, 2010. We will post the odometer reading at the rally launch and at the finish line to reveal the winners.
Thanks and good luck!
Tom and Joe
