Welcome to the website that will tell you all you need to know about two friends, Laura and Paul, now known asThe Two Mongoleers, and their absurd proposal to embark upon The Mongol Rally 2010!!

What's the Mongol Rally all about? Basically, driving from England to Mongolia in a ridiculously small car all in the name of charity. By undertaking this mad plan we're hoping to raise at least two thousand pounds for some very worthwhile causes indeed:The Christina Noble Children's Foundation, the Neurofibromatosis Association and Cancer Research UK. Plus even our trusty steed will benefit charity in the end!

Whilst teams from the UK, Spain and Italy take part, once we start we really are on our own. No back-up, no support team...via any route we choose from the start line (Goodwood, England) to the finish line (Ulaanbaatar, the capital of Mongolia), with only our wits and cunning to rely on if we land ourselves in a whole heap of trouble.

We'll be driving a 1 litre VW Polo (donated by Jefferies Farm Car Supermarket , Crawley) which we hope will do us proud! Completely inpractical for what lay ahead? Yes indeedy!!
