So it begins...

Hi guys!

A real quick blog here just to let you guys know that we've finally started to 'pimp' our page and get a few bits off the ground.  We're startin off small on the web.  A few cheeky photos have been posted with more to follow.  There's also been the addition of our 'JustGiving' page *cough* sponsor us *cough* *cough*.....  And well, that's just about it at the the mo.  I might be having a nightmare with the route planner hence why it looks like we're going back and forth through Spain (and the Atlantic it would seem) a couple of times.  But other than that nothing else done on the wibbly wobbly web.  Told you it was a small start...  Hopefully we can enlist the help of an IT geek to help us pimp out the page uBer stylie but we'll see.  Any takers?

Other than that we've got the route started (just unable to publish) and we're now sortin out the visas.  Next comes the fun part of gettin the car (yes, we still don't have a car yet) and gettin that pimped out enough to take on the roads of Mongolia.  For those that don't know what a Mongolian road looks like, click on the link to find out:

Website Pimpery

Hi!

This is my first contribution to the 'blog' and it's just to say the website has been refined a little bit but there's more to come.

A splash of colour here, a logo or two there, and a route that now takes us to Ulaanbaatar rather than a pleasure cruise into the Atlantic.

A little more progress...

When I say a little more progress, I actually mean a miniscule bit of progress. Far from earth shattering, this wouldn't even shatter a ping pong ball.

Anyway, www.desertbeagles.co.uk is now active linking directly to this website. Hopefully that'll be easier to quote in press coverage than http:// whatever.

Also, the hallowed teammate Jay has managed to swing a new start point: Goodwood!! We were due to start from Barcelona but the friendly people at The Adventurists have allowed us to switch that so we can start with the home crowd. We just need to alter the route planner now!
